The video installation ADRIA LIFE is part of a long term art research project about hobby and amateur film makers from the 1950s and 60s using the example of holiday films from the ADRIA. The original films were analyzed according to previously set focal points and principles of arrangement, then dissected and edited into new sequences (ADRIA-16mm/color, bw, 35mins, 1991).

16 characteristic scenes were chosen from the 6 hour total footage for ADRIALIFE according to the aforementioned principles four shields of human beings. 4 scenes were chosen for each of the 4 positions, pertinent to the girl, the boy, the woman and the man inside the girl, etc. to the man inside the man.
